CONSULTANT OBSTETRICIAN FETAL AND MATERNAL MEDICINE SPECIALIST

The majority of women’s pregnancies are normal and natural and Bryony can focus on providing specialist care for a gentle, positive birth experience. You have the reassurance that in pregnancies and births that do follow the predicted course and those that develop complications, Bryony has the expertise to work with you to achieve the safest and best possible outcome for you and your baby.

Bryony graduated from Imperial College, London having trained in teaching hospitals in London and in Sydney, Australia. In 2010, she was awarded an MD from the University of London for her research into novel treatments to prevent preterm delivery. Bryony has a dual accreditation in both Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She is also a RCOG (Royal College of Obstetrician and Gynaecologist) certified sub-specialist in Fetal and Maternal Medicine having trained at Queen Charlotte’s & Chelsea Hospital where she has her consultant NHS practice.

Bryony is a consultant obstetrician based at Queen Charlotte’s and Chelsea Hospital providing antenatal, labour and postnatal care for women. She is a fetal medicine consultant with expertise in diagnostic fetal ultrasound. Miss Jones is also a recognised specialist in maternal medicine and one of the lead obstetricians for pregnant women with diabetes at Queen Charlotte’s Hospital.

Bryony promotes the importance of education in maternity care and she teaches medical students, junior doctors and staff in delivering safe obstetric care.

She is the head of Maternity Governance at Imperial College NHS Trust. She champions healthy workforce behaviours across North West London for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.

Bryony provides pregnancy and care both at Queen Charlotte’s and Chelsea Hospital and The Lindo Wing at St Mary’s Hospital.
